Carolann Mackie is The Frugal Decorator.

As a businesswoman, wife and mother of four, Carolann knows that good value goes a long way. Carolann has always been interested in art and design and has studied retail management and merchandising at Humber College in Toronto early in her career. She established a strong client base in the retail industry by creating dynamic, up-to-the-minute store window displays and product merchandising. She has assisted local business owners to develop theme restaurants, boutiques and shops by creating great visuals and interiors. Staying current with the trends and forecasts in the decorating and design industry is essential in order to deliver great service and product knowledge.

In 2005, Carolann resumed her education in design and completed the Interior Decorating Program at Conestoga College graduating with Honours. Blending her diverse visual design background with her interior decorating and her natural rapport with people, Carolann offers a unique service for clients with varying design needs.
The Frugal Decorator believes it is best to take care of projects with a holistic approach and are able to provide this service through a team of accredited creative interior artists and conscientious support staff.
